Although some were small and / or just ‘in between’ boats they’ve proven as comfortable and seaworthy. With Kingfisher 20+ he entered and completed Jester Challenge in 2006.

Shanti
Shanti had not been sailed for several years but was basically in good condition. After a very hectic two weeks, blessed with good weather and the help of Robin and Mandy Blain, Shanti was launched at Topsham on the river Exe. We had a stiff beat to Falmouth against a F6, which found some deficiencies in Shanti’s water-proofness, and arrived at Plymouth with several days to spare for the start of Jester Challenge.
Blossom
An internet search for junk rigged boats for sale, brought up a Pearson 367 lying in Florida. She appeared to be in good condition, was a suitable size, had lots of equipment, and was very reasonably priced. I bought her sight unseen and booked my ticket to Florida.

Francis H
Herreshoff’s Buzzard Bay 14
Based on 3 pictures I’ve received, I bought her, sight unseen.
When I saw her for the first time hidden under an olive tree in Kerikeri, I was dizzy with happiness ….Linda
For these boats – we are sourcing out material. Work in progress.
